The location was central, so close to the Pearl Street walking mall, the main shopping area and the beautiful gardens watching the squirrels running about. It also was to Folsom Field-CU football.

Spotless rooms with a walk out balcony, and good restaurant. Marvellous and stunning location for visiting a stadium and restaurants.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the staff is accommodating. The room was delightful and the bathroom was clean. The location is magnificent, right in the shopping area and next to bike paths and the mountains. It's also just a 15-minute walk from Folsom Field Stadium.

The hotel was nicely decorated, the room was tastefully decorated and delightful, had essentials for a wonderful stay. All of the staff were accommodating, amiable. The location was central, fantastic within walking distance of downtown. It was also very close to town centre and restaurants.

Particularly good location in a quiet residential neighborhood was a plus. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a seating area. The staff was extremely friendly and fabulously friendly - I would come here again: )

Nothing not to love.

I had a wonderful stay at Briar Rose and loved the cozy ambiance. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure my comfort. I loved starting my day with their delicious breakfast, especially the fresh fruits and granola. The location was ideal, with easy access to Pearl Street and the Boulder Creek path. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

The hotel was well-maintained with absolutely kind personnel with service that we received from the stuff. The food was great, we tried coffee and tea. The location was great and fantastic, close to the center of town, and bike paths and shopping, in a shopping area.

The location of this place is great, with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and it's easy to get around; the room was well maintained and had a balcony, and the service was attentive, plus they offer free on-site parking.

Best aspects of my xmas stay: The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely delicious and varied every morning, with the option to request something different if needed. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood, with no noise from the nearby road. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived.

Worst aspects of my xmas stay: One drawback of our stay was the height of the bed in our room, which was quite high and made it difficult to climb in and out of.

The bed and breakfast is peaceful with super friendly staff and views of the garden. The double room is tastefully decorated and has a clean bathroom. The venue offers coffee and tea for breakfast. Its location is great, near to stores as well as Boulder. Thank you for a very relaxing stay.
